With no legacy systems and no heavy overheads we provide straightforward service from people who have been on both sides of the project
Eddie was an officer in the military and has held senior leadership roles incommercial banking with BNZ, and HSBC in NZ and Qatar. Eddie has previouslyworked in recruitment businesses in New Zealand and Singapore. This mix ofleadership, financial expertise, and hands-on recruitment experience positionshim well to drive WORK’s growth.
Jess has a strong background in managing people and operations, with a focus ongetting the right results for both clients and workers. Having worked in high-pressure environments, she knows how to handle the "behind-the-scenes" detailsthat keep a business running smoothly. At WORK, she uses her eye for detail andstraightforward approach to manage our people and ensure every project isproperly supported. Her ability to cut through the noise and focus on whatmatters makes her a key part of driving WORK's success.
